Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Clients may reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session. No refunds will be issued due to the time and energy I invest in consultation preparation. If unforeseen circumstances arise within the 24-hour window, clients may contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate a rescheduling request. However, rescheduling within this timeframe is not guaranteed. No-Show Policy If a client does not attend their scheduled session without prior notice, I will send my consultation notes in place of the session.
